基于铁死亡探讨中药抗类风湿性关节炎机制的研究进展

摘要:
铁死亡( Ferroptosis) 是一种区别于细胞凋亡的程序性细胞死亡形式,是一种主要因铁代谢异常和脂质过氧化引发的细胞死亡现象,受多种信号通路调控。近年来,研究发现其在多种疾病的发生发展中具有重要作用,如类风湿性关节炎( rheumatoid arthritis,RA)、肝癌。RA是一种慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,其病理特征为免疫异常、炎症介质释放及细胞死亡。中药在RA治疗中具有独特疗效,探讨铁死亡的发生机制及基于铁死亡的中药抗RA作用机制,可为RA治疗提供新途径和新思路,可为抗RA新药研发提供科学依据。

Abstract:
Ferroptosis is a form of programmed cell death distinct from apoptosis, primarily caused by abnormal iron metabolism and lipid peroxidation, and regulated by multiple signaling pathways. In recent years, it has been found to play an important role in the occurrence and development of various diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and liver cancer. RA is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease, characterized by immune abnormalities, the release of inflammatory mediators, and cell death. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has unique therapeutic effects in the treatment of RA. Exploring the mechanisms of ferroptosis and the anti-RA mechanisms of TCM based on ferroptosis can provide new approaches and ideas for RA treatment, and offer scientific evidence for the development of new anti-RA drugs.
