| 报道了1例48岁女性因自身免疫性郎飞结病使用利妥昔单抗治疗后,出现视力下降、视物模糊、眼内异物感,考虑为利妥昔单抗所致的不良反应。并对利妥昔单抗所致视力下降、视物模糊病例进行简要回顾。随着利妥昔单抗在临床中的广泛应用,其不良反应的类型和表现形式趋于多样化,这一现象亟需引起临床医师的高度关注,并通过加强监测与管理,进一步提升用药安全性。 |

| This article reports a case of a 48-year-old woman who experienced decreased vision, blurred vision, and a foreign body sensation in the eye following rituximab therapy for an autoimmune demyelinating disease affecting the nodes of Ranvier. These symptoms were identified as adverse effects potentially attributable to rituximab treatment. Additionally, this article provides a concise review of previously documented cases involving rituximab-induced visual disturbances. Given the growing clinical application of rituximab, the spectrum of its adverse reactions has expanded significantly. This trend highlights the need for heightened clinical vigilance and underscores the critical importance of implementing robust monitoring and management strategies to ensure patient safety. |
