镥[177Lu]核素标记的放射性药物放射性活度测定方法研究

摘要:
目的 建立镥[177Lu]核素标记的放射性药品放射性活度测定方法。方法 用高纯锗γ谱仪(HPGe)法、液体闪烁计数(LSC)法、放射性活度计法测定其放射性活度。结果 建立了不同原理测定放射性活度的方法,该方法在不同仪器设备测定放射性活度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0),测定时间归一化后测定结果相对比较一致。结论 对于镥[177Lu]核素标记的放射性药品,建立的分析方法可操作性强、结果准确性高,可用于该核素标记的放射性药品的质量分析和控制。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of radioactivity of lutetium [177Lu] labeled radiopharmaceuticals. METHODS The radioactivity was determined by high-purity germanium gamma spectrometer (HPGe), liquid scintillation counting (LSC), and radioactivity meter. RESULTS Different methods based on different principles for the determination of radioactivity were established. The linear relationship was good within the range of radioactivity determination by different instruments (r = 1.0), and the determination results were relatively consistent after normalization of the determination time. CONCLUSION The established analytical method for lutetium [177Lu] labeled radiopharmaceuticals is highly operable and accurate, and can be used for the quality analysis and control of radiopharmaceuticals labeled with this nuclide.
