摘要:

过敏性疾病是一种复杂的病理状态,其中组胺在疾病发病机制的进展中扮演着关键角色。枸橼酸地氯雷他定,作为一种非镇静性的H1抗组胺药物,被开发用于缓解慢性特发性荨麻疹及常年性过敏性鼻炎的全身和局部症状。笔者通过分析一例使用枸地氯雷他定片导致全身麻木的患者资料,简要总结了其诊治过程,进行关联性评价及复习相关文献,简要探讨抗组胺药的特点以及引起该不良反应可能存在的机制,旨在提升临床对该类药物使用过程中的重视程度,为临床理解和及时识别此类不良反应提供参考,确保临床用药的安全性和有效性。

Abstract:

Allergic diseases are complex pathological states in which histamine plays a key role in the progression of the disease's pathogenesis. Desloratadine Citrate Disodium, as a non-sedative H1 antihistamine, has been developed to relieve systemic and local symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria and perennial allergic rhinitis. By analyzing a case of a patient experiencing generalized numbness caused by Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets, this study summarizes the treatment process, evaluates its clinical relevance, and reviews related literature. It further explores the characteristics of antihistamines and potential mechanisms underlying this adverse reaction. The aim is to enhance clinical awareness regarding these medications, provide a reference for understanding and timely identification of such adverse reactions, and ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical medication use.
