吉西他滨致血小板增多症的2例病例分析及文献复习

摘要:

目的 探讨临床上使用吉西他滨与血小板增多症的发生存在相关性以及是否会增加血栓栓塞的风险。方法 通过对2例肿瘤患者使用吉西他滨常规剂量化疗后引起血小板增多症的不良反应报道以及文献检索和综述,对这些患者的临床特征、基础疾病、药物治疗过程等进行临床分析。结果与结论 临床上使用吉西他滨与血小板增多症的发生存在相关性,且发生率不低,其发生机制尚不明确,但其引起的血小板增多症可能不会增加血栓栓塞的风险。在使用吉西他滨的过程中,临床药师应加强对此类不良反应的关注,协助医护严密监测患者的血常规、出凝血功能等指标,发现异常及时给予临床处理建议,才能保障临床用药的有效性和安全性。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the correlation between clinical use of gemcitabine and the occurrence of thrombocythemia and whether it increases the risk of thromboembolism. Methods Based on the adverse reactions of thrombocythemia caused by gemcitabine conventional dose chemotherapy in two cancer patients, as well as literature search and review, the clinical characteristics, underlying diseases, and drug treatment process of these patients were clinically analyzed. Results and Conclusion The results showed that the clinical use of gemcitabine was associated with the occurrence of thrombocytosis, and the incidence was relatively high. Although mechanism of gemcitabine related thrombocytosis was not clear, this kind of thrombocytosis might not increase the risk of thromboembolism. In clinical use of gemcitabine, clinical pharmacists should pay more attention to these adverse reactions to ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical medication, including assisting doctors and nurses to closely monitor patients’ blood routine, bleeding and coagulation function, and giving treatment suggestions in time.
