| 目的? 使用硼/氮共掺杂金刚石(Boron-nitrogen co-doped diamond electrode,BNDD)电极,分析诺氟沙星的电化学行为及对其定量检测。方法? 电化学检测在三电极体系中进行,工作电极为BNDD电极,采用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究诺氟沙星的电化学行为。结果 在标准缓冲溶液中pH=6.5的条件下,诺氟沙星氧化峰电流随浓度提高响应明显,在1×10-7?1×10-5 mol?L-1范围内呈线性关系,检测限为3.6×10-8 mol?L-1,同时具有良好的稳定性、重复性、抗干扰性。结论? BNDD电极测量灵敏度高,综合性能优良,适用于临床医药实际应用中诺氟沙星药物的高效快速监测。 |

| ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the electrochemical behavior and quantitative detection of norfloxacin on boron-nitrogen co-doped diamond (BNDD) electrode. Methods The electrochemical behaviors of norfloxacin were examined by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential square wave voltammetry (SWV) in a three-electrode system with a BNDD electrode as the working electrode. Results In standard buffer solution with optimized pH = 6.5, the oxidation peak currents (Ip) of the norfloxacin response significantly with the increase in concentration, showing a linear relationship in the range of 1×10-71×10-5 molL-1, and low detection limit of 3.6×10-8 molL-1. The superior stability, repeatability, and anti-interference capability of the BNDD electrode were demonstrated. Conclusion The highly sensitive BNDD electrode with excellent comprehensive performance is suitable for the efficient and rapid monitoring of norfloxacin drugs in clinical medical applications. |
