呋喹替尼致双下肢麻木、无力1例

摘要:

1例男性直肠癌晚期患者首次服用呋喹替尼5mg po qd,3天后出现双下肢麻木、无力,无法站立行走,经停药、对症治疗后好转。后因疾病进展,再次服用该药物2天后相同症状再次出现,经停药、治疗后好转。通过对患者的病历资料进行分析,判断是由呋喹替尼导致患者出现双下肢麻木、无力的周围神经毒性不良反应。

Abstract:

A male patient with advanced rectal cancer was initially prescribed 5 mg of fruquintinib orally once daily. Three days later, he developed numbness and significant weakness in both lower limbs, severely impairing his ability to stand and walk. Fortunately, after discontinuation of the medication and symptomatic treatment, his condition improved. Subsequently, due to disease progression, he resumed the drug for two days, and the same symptoms recurred. Following another round of drug withdrawal and treatment, his condition improved again. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the patient’s medical records, the adverse events of numbness and weakness in both lower limbs were attributed to fruquintinib.
