近年来,血栓性疾病管理与精准用药已成为医院药学学科的重要研究方向之一。随着医疗机构诊疗体系的日益精细化,临床对药学服务的专业化、个性化水平提出了更高要求。为推动血栓性疾病管理与精准用药领域的创新发展,进一步提升临床药学服务质量,助力医院药学高质量建设,本期特推出 血栓性疾病管理和精准用药 专栏。专栏聚焦 低分子肝素临床应用与评价 、 特殊人群抗凝/抗栓治疗 、 临床药师参与抗栓治疗实践 、 抗凝药物安全性评价与调查研究 、 创新药学服务模式与管理体系建设 个维度,广泛征集高质量学术成果,旨在汇聚领域内前沿进展、创新方法与实践经验,为该领域的学术研究与临床应用提供参考和启示。

Abstract:

In recent years, thrombotic disease management and precision medication have become one of the important research directions in hospital pharmacy. With the increasing refinement of the diagnosis and treatment system in medical institutions, higher requirements have been put forward for the specialization and individualization of pharmaceutical care services. In order to promote the innovative development in the field of thrombotic disease management and precision medication, further improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care services, and help the high-quality construction of hospital pharmacy, this special column on "Thrombotic Disease Management and Precision Medication" is specially launched. The column focuses on five dimensions: "Clinical Application and Evaluation of Low Molecular Weight Heparin", "Anticoagulation/Antithrombotic Therapy in Special Populations", "Clinical Pharmacist Participation in Antithrombotic Treatment Practice", "Safety Evaluation and Investigation of Anticoagulant Drugs", and "Innovative Pharmaceutical Care Models and Management System Construction".
