摘要:

嵌合抗原受体 T 细胞免疫疗法（Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Immunotherapy，CAR-T）是针对血液系统恶性肿瘤最具有前景的新兴治疗方法之一，然而其相应的严重毒副作用的识别与药学监护却存在空白。本文报道了临床药师对一例行CAR-T免疫疗法的急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿进行了全程药学监护的过程。临床药师通过对该患儿抗菌药物管理、相关不良反应的识别与监护，确保了CAR-T免疫疗法患儿的用药安全性和有效性，为后续病例的药学监护提供了宝贵的借鉴。

Abstract:

Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Immunotherapy (CAR-T) is one of the most promising emerging treatments for hematological malignancies. However, there is a gap in the identification and pharmaceutical care of its corresponding severe toxic side effects. This article reports the process of a clinical pharmacist providing full pharmaceutical monitoring for a child with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who underwent CAR-T immunotherapy. Through the management of antibiotics and the identification and monitoring of related adverse reactions in the patient, the safety and efficacy of medication for the pediatric patient undergoing CAR-T immunotherapy were ensured, providing valuable reference for the pharmaceutical care of subsequent cases.
