| 药物所致疼痛在临床上日益常见，其临床表现多样且缺乏特异性，目前尚无统一的定义、分类及规范的管理策略。通过对临床常见的药物所致疼痛进行系统梳理和分类，归纳了其诊疗要点，构建了清晰的诊疗路径，提出以诊断为核心、防治并重、多学科协作的综合管理策略。旨在为临床诊疗提供系统参考，推动其规范化管理，为未来进一步研究提供了基础以及新的思路。 |

| Drug-induced pain is increasingly prevalent in clinical practice, characterized by diverse and non-specific clinical manifestations. Currently, there is no unified definition, classification, or standardized management strategy for this condition. This review systematically synthesizes and classifies common types of drug-induced pain, summarizes key diagnostic and therapeutic points, and establishes a clear clinical pathway. A comprehensive management strategy is proposed, emphasizing diagnosis-centered approaches, equal focus on prevention and treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The review aims to provide a systematic reference for clinical practice, promote standardized management, and offer a foundation and new directions for future research. |
