摘要: |
动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种慢性炎症性疾病,其特征是脂质、免疫细胞和纤维成分在动脉壁中积聚。目前临床诊断技术缺乏准确性和特异性,药物很难直接靶向斑块实现有效治疗。因此,如何对AS易损斑块进行准确诊断和有效干预、实现治疗药物的精准递送,成为目前临床迫切需要解决的问题。近年来,随着纳米科技和纳米材料的快速发展,纳米技术在监测易损斑块形成、提高斑块内药物浓度等方面表现出了独特优势,本文按照纳米材料类型分别对其进行综述,以期为纳米技术在AS疾病精准诊疗领域的研究和应用提供有益借鉴。 |

Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by the accumulation of lipids,immune cells and fiber components in the arterial wall.The current clinical diagnosis technology lacks accuracy and specificity,and it is difficult for drugs to directly target plaque to achieve effective treatment.Therefore,how to accurately diagnose and effectively intervene in vulnerable plaques,and achieve the precise delivery of therapeutic drugs have become an urgent clinical problem to be solved.In recent years,with the rapid development of nanotechnology and nanomaterials,nanotechnology has shown unique advantages in monitoring the formation of vulnerable plaques and increasing the concentration of drugs in plaques,this article reviews the above progress based on the types of nanomaterials,in order to provide a useful reference for the research and application of nanotechnology in the field of accurate diagnosis and treatment of AS diseases. |
