| 颞下颌关节骨关节炎(temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis,TMJOA)是以进行性软骨退变和软骨下骨硬化为主要特征的器质性病变,是颞下颌关节紊乱病的严重破坏阶段。临床症状表现为疼痛、关节交锁、破碎音、开口受限等,严重影响了患者的生存质量。非手术治疗是首选治疗方法,其中药物治疗应用广泛,药物种类繁多,在缓解症状和改善功能上有重要作用。本文对当前TMJOA治疗不同药物的生物学原理、临床疗效及其研究进展进行阐述,以期为TMJOA治疗的药物选择提供依据和指导。 |

| Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA) is characterized by progressive cartilage degeneration and subchondral bone sclerosis, which is the severe damage stage of temporomandibular joint disorder. The clinical symptoms include pain, joint crepitus, joint sounds and limitation in mouth opening, which seriously affect the patient's life quality. Non-surgical treatment is the preferred treatment, among which there are different drug therapies used in clinics, which plays an important role in relieving symptoms and improving functions. This review elaborates biological principles, clinical efficacy and research progress of the drug therapy of TMJOA in order to provide guidance for drug selection of TMJOA treatment. |
