随着精准医疗的发展,药物治疗领域也正从群体药物治疗向个体化药物治疗的方向发展。3D打印技术具有快速成型和数字化建模2个特点,在生产个体化、定制化药物制剂方面具有优势。随着3D打印技术的发展,越来越多的研究团队开始了3D打印制剂的研究。本文从3D打印制剂的剂型、质量控制、临床应用和3D打印技术4个方面综述近年来3D打印制剂的研究进展,并分析3D打印制剂的应用前景和面临的挑战。 |

With the development of precision medicine, the field of drug therapy is developing from group drug therapy to individual drug therapy.3D printing technology have advantages in the production of personalized and customized pharmaceutical preparations, because of its rapid prototyping and digital modeling technology.Due to the development of 3D printing technology, more and more research teams are engaged in the research of 3D printing preparation.In this article, the research progress of 3D printing preparation in recent years is reviewed from four aspects: dosage form, quality control, clinical application, and 3D printing methods.The application prospect and challenges of 3D printing preparation are also analyzed. |
