复方玉液无糖颗粒不同提取工艺的研究

摘要:
目的 对复方玉液无糖颗粒不同提取工艺进行比较研究。方法 应用HPLC测定葛根素、芒果苷的含量,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮、总皂苷的含量,以含量测定的综合评分为考察指标,结合正交试验法优选回流提取、超声辅助提取、微波辅助提取的工艺参数,并对不同提取工艺进行比较。结果 最佳提取工艺为超声辅助提取,8倍水,浸泡90 min,在功率75 W下提取3次,每次60 min。结论 优化的工艺稳定、可行,且超声辅助提取优于回流提取及微波辅助提取。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To compare the different extraction processes of sugar free Yuye compound granules. METHODS The puerarin and mangiferin were determined by HPLC. The total flavonoids and the total saponins were determined by UV. Taking the comprehensive score of the content determination as the inspection index, combined with the orthogonal test method to optimize the process parameters of reflux extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and microwave- assisted extraction, and compared different extraction processes. RESULTS The optimum extraction condition:Use ultrasonic extraction with 8 times water, soaking 90 min, extract 3 times at 75 W, each time for 60 min. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction procedure is stable and practical. Ultrasonic extraction is better than reflux extraction and microwave extraction.
