摘要: |
目的 建立一种全面控制冠心苏合丸药品质量的方法。方法 以混合对照药材作为对照,用气相色谱法进行样品分析,从而确立冠心苏合丸特征鉴别图谱。色谱条件:HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm),程序升温,FID检测器。结果 建立了冠心苏合丸特征鉴别图谱,各味药材互不干扰。样品色谱图显示与特征图谱保留时间一致的特征峰。结论 该方法重复性好,操作简便,易于推广,可全面控制药品质量。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish a comprehensive method for the quality control of Guanxinsuhe pills. METHODS Guanxinsuhe pills were subjected to a gas chromatograph with HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) and FID detector. The mixture of standard herbs was used as the reference substance. RESULTS The characteristic chromatogram of Guanxinsuhe pills was established and the peak values of the reference herbs did not interfere with each other. The chromatograms of the samples were corresponding to the characteristic identification chromatogram. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reproducible, and convenient. It can be used as a quality control for Guanxinsuhe pills. |
