ICP-AES测定广西10个产地两面针药材14种微量元素的含量

摘要:
目的 应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对广西10个不同产地两面针药材中14种微量元素进行分析测定。方法 通过硝酸-高氯酸消解体系,有效地彻底消解样品中的有机物,在确定的光谱条件下,测定14种微量元素的含量。结果 各元素加样回收率(n=6)为90.01%~104.14%,精密度均<3%。结论 10个不同产地两面针药材中14种微量元素含量有别,此结果为研究两面针药材微量元素和药效相关性提供实验依据。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE The contents of fourteen trace elements were determined in traditional Chinese medicine of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. in different habitats by ICP-AES technology. METHODS HNO3-HClO4 mixed acid digestion system was employed to decompose the organic compounds efficiently. The 14 trace elements were determined by the absorption spectroscopy under certain working conditions. RESULTS The recoveries of the trace elements, were 90.01%-104.14% and RSD(0.84-2.31) were <3%. CONCLUSION The result showed that the contents of 14 trace elements were different in Zanthoxylum nitidum in different habitats, and the research provided valid information for study of the relationship between the trace elements and the bioactivities of Zanthoxylum nitidum.
