摘要:

目的 建立西七骨伤片中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Phenomenex Luna C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)；柱温：30 ℃；流动相：乙腈-0.05%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80)；流速：1.0 mL·min^-1；检测波长：283 nm。结果 柚皮苷进样量在0.123 0～1.025 2 μg内与峰面积有良好线性关系，平均加样回收率98.56%，RSD为0.90%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便易行、准确可靠，可用于西七骨伤片的质量控制。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for content determination of naringin in Xiqigushang tablet. METHODS The assay was performed on Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by UV detector at 283 nm with acetonitrile-0.05% glacial acetic acid (20∶80) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, column temperature at 30 ℃. RESULTS The amount of naringin was linear with its area over the range of 0.123 0-1.025 2 μg(r=0.999 7), the average recovery and relative standard deviation of naringin were 98.6%, RSD=0.90%(n=6). CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xiqigushang tablet.
