摘要: |
目的 通过小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和微核实验,探讨昂立西洋参胶囊对小鼠骨髓细胞的遗传毒性。方法 以0.9,1.8,3.6 g·kg-1剂量的昂立西洋参胶囊给小鼠灌胃,取小鼠股骨骨髓制备骨髓细胞标本,分别观察并计算各组小鼠的染色体畸变率和微核率。结果 各剂量组小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率和微核率与空白对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而阳性对照组环磷酰胺与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 昂立西洋参胶囊各剂量组对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体和微核均无影响。 |

OBJECTIVE To study the inherent toxic effect of angli Panax quinquefolium capsule on murine bone marrow by chromosome aberration and micronucleus test. METHODS Angli Panax quinquefolium capsule were administered at doses of 0.9, 1.8, 3.6 g·kg-1, then the rates of chromosome aberration and micronucleus were calculated by observing slices of the bone marrow cells. RESULTS There was no significant difference between the blank control group and the treated groups of the rates of chromosome aberration and micronucleus (P>0.05), while signiticant difference was observed between the positive control group and the solvent control group(P<0.01). CONCLUSION Angli Panax quinquefolium capsule does not induce chromosome aberration and micronucleus under the dosage of the test. |
