磺化槲皮素金属配合物的合成、表征及抗氧化、抗菌活性研究

摘要:
目的 研究磺化槲皮素金属配合物的合成方法及抗氧化、抗菌活性。方法 通过磺化、金属配位等步骤合成4种槲皮素磺酸金属配合物,以DPPH清除率、抑菌环的大小检测配合物的抗氧化、抗菌活性。结果 槲皮素磺酸锌配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用随浓度的增大而提高,在浓度为7.5 mg·mL-1时其抑菌环为3.60 mm,对大肠杆菌没有抑制作用,其他磺酸金属配合物的抑菌效果并不明显。槲皮素磺酸金属配合物对DPPH的清除率随浓度的升高而增强,当槲皮素磺酸配合物的浓度达到40 mg·mL-1时槲皮素磺酸锌配合物、槲皮素磺酸铜配合物、槲皮素磺酸钴配合物和槲皮素磺酸锰配合物清除率分别达到47.55%,91.40%,46.74%,68.22%。结论 通过磺化合成的槲皮素磺酸金属配合物具有抗菌和抗氧化的活性。

Synthesis, Characterization and Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Activities of Sulfonated Quercitin-Metal Complexes

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To research the synthesis and antioxidant and antimicrobial activity of metal complexes of sulfonated quercitin. METHODS Four sulfonated quercitin-metal complexes were prepared through the reaction of sulfonate and metal coordination, the antioxidant and antimicrobial activity of metal complexes were detected by clearance rate of DPPH and bacteriostatic annulus size. RESULTS The inhibitory effect of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli through the increase of concentration and improve of the sulfonated quercitin-zinc complexes. In the concentration of 7.5 mg·mL-1, the bacteriostatic annulus of Staphylococcus aureus size was 3.60 mm and no inhibition of Escherichia coli by sulfonated quercitin-zinc complexes. The clearance of DPPH improved with concentration and improve of sulfonated quercitin-metal complexes increased. In the concentration of 40 mg·mL-1, the clearance rate of DPPH were 47.55%, 91.40%, 46.74%, 68.22%, respectively by sulfonated quercitin-zinc complexes, sulfonated quercitin-copper complexes, sulfonated quercitin-cobalt complexes and sulfonated quercitin-manganese complexes. CONCLUSION The sulfonated quercitin-metal complexes through the reaction of sulfonate has antibacterial and antioxidant activity.
