ICP-OES测定不同产地浙贝母中的18种微量元素含量

摘要:
目的 建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定浙贝母中微量元素的方法,比较不同产地浙贝母中Ag、As、B、Ba、Bi、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Ga、Hg、In、Mn、Ni、Pb、Tl和Zn 18种元素的含量。方法 用微波消解法预处理浙贝母,采用ICP-OES测定样品中的微量元素。结果 各种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r在0.999 3~0.999 9之间,平均回收率在95.0%~103.2%之间,RSD<10%(n=6),符合微量分析要求。结论 微波消解法操作简便、快速,样品消解完全,空白值低,选择性好。ICP-OES可同时测定多种微量元素,方便快捷。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of trace elements in Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus by ICP-OES, and compare 18 trace elements content of Fritillaria from different places, such as Ag, As, B, Ba, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ga, Hg, In, Mn, Ni, Pb, Tl, Zn. METHODS Microwave digestion procedure was applied under optimized conditions for digesting Fritillaria. Concentrations of elements were determined by ICP-OES. RESULTS Experimental results showed that linear relationship was good, r was between 0.999 3 and 0.999 9. Average recovery rate was between 95.0% and 103.2%, RSD was less than 10%(n=6). The results met requirement of microanalysis. CONCLUSION Microwave digestion is a simple and rapid method. It digests completely with low blank value and the measurement result is satisfactory. ICP-OES method is rapid, accurate and convenient, can be used to determine various trace elements.
