注射用甘草酸二铵近红外光谱定性分析模型的建立

摘要:
目的 采用近红外光谱(NIR)技术和化学计量学分析软件,建立注射用甘草酸二铵的定性分析模型。方法 近红外漫反射光谱法结合OPUS软件,建立定性鉴别模型,并进行外部验证。结果 模型能准确鉴别注射用甘草酸二铵并区分不同的生产厂家。结论 该模型可以快速方便地进行注射用甘草酸二铵的鉴别区分,并可以有效地应用于药品检测车的现场筛查。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the qualitative model for diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method. METHODS A qualitative model was established by NIR combined with OPUS software and with external validation. RESULTS Diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection could be identified and distinguished between different manufacturers by the model. CONCLUSION The model identifies diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection, and the model can be used in the drug testing vehicles effective.
