夏天无滴眼液对缓解视疲劳的临床效果探讨

摘要:

目的 观察夏天无滴眼液治疗视疲劳的临床效果。方法 选择在笔者所在科室门诊就诊的视疲劳患者400例，无其他眼部疾病及全身性疾病，均已正确矫正屈光不正。将患者随机分为2组，试验组给予夏天无滴眼液治疗，对照组给予珍珠明目滴眼液治疗，观察各项症状及视物持续时间的变化，共3~6个月。结果 试验组中视疲劳症状消失者40例，好转156例，4例无效。总有效率98%，平均用药60 d，在用药后眼痛，眼胀，眼干，视物模糊首先缓解，视物持续时间延长。对照组中有效20例，好转120例，60例无效，总有效率70%。试验组和对照组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 夏天无滴眼液能够有效地缓解视疲劳症状，是治疗视疲劳的有效药物。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis of eye drops on treatment of visual fatigue. METHODS Out-patients with visual fatigue were chosen, and they had no other eye diseases or systemic disease with refractive error having been corrected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis of eye drops. The control group was given zhengzhu mingmu eye drops. To observe the various symptoms and inspect content for the change of time in 3-6 months. RESUILTS In treatment group, 40 cases were improved, and 156 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 98%, and the average treating was 60 days. After treatment sore eyes, eye expansion, dry eye, inspect content fuzzy were relieved. 20 cases in control group were improved, and the 120 were effective. The total effective rate was 70%. CONCLUSION The total effective rate of treatment group and control group has statistical significance(P<0.05). The conclusion shows that the Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis of eye drops can effectively alleviate visual fatigue symptoms, treatment of visual fatigue is the effective drugs, worthy of our application.
