摘要: |
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定中医滋补膏方中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法 采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm);乙腈-甲酸缓冲液(取甲酸1.7 mL,加水,再加三乙胺1.8 mL,定容至1 000 mL)(20∶80)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为283 nm,柱温为30 ℃,进样量为20 mL。结果 橙皮苷2.1~12.6 mg·mL-1内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率和RSD分别为99.1%和1.68%。结论 方法简便、可靠,重复性好,可用于中医滋补膏方中橙皮苷含量测定。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of the Hesperidin in Herbal Paste. METHODS The analytical column was packed with the Hypersil ODS2 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-Methanoic acid buffer solutions(20∶80), The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 283 nm. The temperature of the column was 30 ℃. The injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS A good linearity was obtained over the range of 2.1-12.6 μg·mL-1 for Hesperidin(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 1.68%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, reliable, reproducible and can be used for the determination of Hesperidin in this preparation. |
