残留溶剂二甲苯测定用对照品对测定结果的影响

摘要:
目的 探讨残留溶剂二甲苯的测定用对照品对测定结果的影响。方法 使用二甲苯中4个组分各自的对照品对5个二甲苯样品进行测定。结果 5个二甲苯样品中的4个组分的比例(乙基苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯)是不同的,用4个组分的对照品分别计算二甲苯得到不同的含量结果。结论 使用二甲苯作对照品测定溶剂残留量可能存在偏差。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of difference reference substances on the determination of residual solvent xylene. METHODS Using references substances of ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene (four components of xylene) to determine xylene from five samples. RESULTS The ratio of ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene and o-xylene in the five samples were variable, the contents of xylene calculated from the four references were different. CONCLUSION The determination of residual solvent of xylene may exist deviation using xylene as the reference substance.
