UPLC法快速检测连花清瘟胶囊水提液中多成分的含量

摘要:目的 建立连花清瘟胶囊水提工艺中间体快速含量测定方法。方法 采用UPLC法测定新绿原酸、绿原酸、甘草苷、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、甘草酸的含量。结果 定量方法简便、快速、准确,新绿原酸在4.32~21.6ng内线性良好(r=0.9998)、绿原酸在6.82~34.08ng内线性良好(r=0.9998)、甘草苷在2.49~9.33ng内线性良好(r=0.9998)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在16.35~81.76ng内线性良好(r=0.9997)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在14.42~72.08ng内线性良好(r=0.9997)、甘草酸在4.19~20.96ng内线性良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.10、96.66、97.34、98.98、98.97、97.80%,RSD分别为0.82、1.30、1.31、1.17、1.63、1.73%(n=6)。结论 本方法可有效地控制连花清瘟胶囊水提液的质量。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To develop an fast determination method for Lianhua Qingwen Capsule Water extraction process intermediates. METHODS UPLC method was used to determine the content of neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, liquiritin, 3,4 - caffeoylquinic acid, 4,5 - caffeoylquinic acid, glycyrrhizic acid. RESULTS The quantitative method is simple, rapid, accurate. Neochlorogenic acid in 4.32~21.6ng (r=0.9998 ), Chlorogenic acid in 6.82~34.08ng (r=0.9998 ), Liquiritin in 2.49~9.33ng (r=0.9998 ), 3,4- two coffee caffeoylquinic acid in 16.35~81.76ng (r=0.9997 ), 4,5- two coffee caffeoylquinic acid in 14.42~72.08ng (r=0.9997 ), Glycyrrhizic acid in 4.19~20.96ng (r=0.9996 ) had good linearity. The average recovery rates ( n=6 ) were 97.10, 96.66, 97.34, 98.98, 98.97, 97.80%, RSD were 0.82, 1.30, 1.31, 1.17, 1.63, 1.73% ( n=6 ). CONCLUSION This method can effectively control the Lianhua Qingwen capsule Water extract quality.
