摘要: |
目的 建立了高效液相色谱法测定蔗糖硬脂酸酯中的游离蔗糖。方法 以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相A为醋酸铵溶于乙腈中配制成10μg?mL?1的溶液;流动相B为醋酸铵溶于四氢呋喃-水(90:10)的混合溶液中配制成10μg?mL?1的溶液,梯度洗脱,蒸发光散射检测器。结果 蔗糖在0.25 ~2.5 mg?mL?1浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.8%。结论 该方法灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于蔗糖硬脂酸酯中游离蔗糖的测定。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE An HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of the free sucrose in sucrose stearate. METHODS A NH2 column was used with mobile phase A of 10 μg?mL?1 ammonium acetate in acetonitrile and mobile phase B of 10 μg?mL?1 ammonium acetate in tetrahydrofuran - water (90:10) by gradient elution. Evaporative light scattering detector was used. RESULTS The calibration curve of sucrose was linear in the concentration range of 0.25 – 2.5 mg?mL?1. The average recovery was 100.5%, with RSD of 0.8%. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, selective, and could be used for the determination of free sucrose in sucrose stearate. |
