| 丁溴东莨菪碱为M胆碱受体阻滞药，能选择性地缓解胃肠道、胆道及泌尿道平滑肌痉挛和抑制其蠕动，亦可用于解除血管平滑肌痉挛及改善微循环，临床上广泛用于各种病因引起的胃肠道痉挛、胆绞痛、肾绞痛或胃肠道蠕动亢进等。现介绍丁溴东莨菪碱致喉头水肿1例。 |

| Abstract: |
| Scopolamine Butylbromide M cholinergic receptor blocker, can selectively relieve gastrointestinal tract, biliary and urinary tract smooth muscle spasm and inhibit peristalsis, can also be used to relieve vascular smooth muscle spasm and improve microcirculation, clinical widely used for various causes of gastrointestinal spasm, biliary colic, renal colic or gastrointestinal motility hyperfunction. In this paper 1 cases of laryngeal edema induced by scopolamine butylbromide. |
