摘要: |
目的 研究益智仁(Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.)水提物中的化学成分。方法 采用溶剂法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等对益智仁的化学成分进行分离纯化,运用波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果 从益智仁水提物中分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为原儿茶醛(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、对香豆酸(3)、(-)-表儿茶素(4)、(+)-儿茶素(5)。结论 化合物1,3和4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the water extract of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by solvent and Sephadex LH-20 methods. The structures were identified on the basis of chemical methods and spectroscopic evidence. RESULTS Five compounds were identified as protocatechuic aldehyde(1), protocatechuic acid(2), p-coumaric acid(3), (-)-epicatechin(4), (+)-catechin(5). CONCLUSION Compounds 1, 3 and 4 are obtained for the first time from this genus and compound 5 is obtained for the first time from this species. |
