摘要: |
目的 观察壮药香花护乳凝胶剂对乳腺增生大鼠血清雌激素、孕激素水平及病变乳腺组织的影响。方法 采用注射苯甲酸雌二醇、黄体酮建立大鼠乳腺增生模型,待造模成功后,给药25 d,测量大鼠第3对乳头直径,并取乳腺组织做病理切片;测定血清中孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)的含量。结果 香花护乳凝胶剂高剂量组与模型组大鼠比较,其血液中的E2浓度明显降低(P<0.05),P含量明显升高(P<0.05),大鼠第3对乳头直径明显缩小(P<0.01),此外,高剂量组大鼠乳腺组织病理表现与模型组相比改善明显。结论 壮药香花护乳凝胶剂具有缩小模型大鼠乳头直径,调节血清中E2、P激素水平和改善乳腺组织病理形态的作用。 |

Effect of Xianghuahuru Gels on Mammary Hyperplasia Rats |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To study the Xianghuahuru gels effect on the level of progesterone, estradiol in blood serum of the mammary hyperplasia rats, and morphologic change on pathological tissue of mammary gland. METHODS The model of mammary hyperplasia was established with estradiol benzoate and progesterone, and the administration time was 25 d. The changes of the third nipple diameter and pathological tissue of mammary gland on morphologic change were observed, and the estrogen(E2), pregnancy(P) of serum were determined. RESULTS The high-dose treatment group of Xianghuahuru gels could siginificantly reduce the level of E2(P<0.05), raise the level of P(P<0.05), and reduce the diameter of the third nipple in rat mammary gland hyperplasia models(P<0.01), besides, the high dose treatment group of Xianghuahuru gels could ameliorate the pathological tissue of mammary gland on morphologic change. CONCLUSION Xianghuahuru gels againsts rat cyclomastopathy is related to adjusting the level of sex hormones and ameliorating the pathological tissue of mammary gland. |
