摘要:

目的 建立测定参茸珍宝片中特女贞苷含量的方法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C₁₈-H (250 mm×4.6 mm，5 mm)，流动相为甲醇-水(38∶62)，流速为1.0 mL·min^-1，检测波长为224 nm，进样量为10 μL。结果 特女贞苷进样量在0.053 44~1.603 3 mg内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)；平均加样回收率为96.90%，RSD为0.93%。结论 该方法快速简便、准确可靠、重复性好，可用于参茸珍宝片中特女贞苷的含量测定。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method of specnuezhenide content in Shenrongzhenbao tablets. METHODS Separation was performed on a Ultimate XB-C₁₈-H column with methanol-water(38∶62) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 224 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS In the range of 0.053 44~1.603 3 μg, the calibration curve showed good linearity(r=0.999 9). The average recovery of specnuezhenide was 96.90% and RSD was 0.93%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable with good repeatability, which can be used for the determination of specnuezhenide in Shenrongzhenbao tablets.
