盐酸氨溴索在果糖输液中的降解途径

摘要:
目的 研究盐酸氨溴索注射液在果糖输液中的降解途径。方法 对氨溴索在果糖注射液中的降解产物以质谱进行结构解析。结果 氨溴索在果糖注射液中产生反式-4-(6,8-二溴-1,2二氢喹唑啉-3(4H)-基)环己醇,杂质的产生与果糖的降解相关。结论 成功推测了盐酸氨溴索注射液与果糖输液配伍时的降解产物的结构,并阐明其产生路径。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the degradation pathway of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in fructose infusion. METHODS The structures of degradation products of ambroxol in fructose infusion was elucidated by MS. RESULTS The degradation product of ambroxol in fructose infusion was trans-4-(6,8-dibromo-1,4-dihydroquinazolin-3(2H)-yl)cyclohexanol. Impurities produced were related to fructose degradation. CONCLUSION The structure of degradation product of ambroxol in fructose infusion has elucidated, and the pathway has revealed.
