神黄豆果实化学成分的研究

摘要:
目的 研究神黄豆Cassia agnes Brenan果实的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 从神黄豆果实乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分共分离鉴定了15个化合物,分别为(S)-5-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone(1),亚油酸甘油酯(2),β-谷甾醇(3),芦荟大黄素(4),大黄酸(5),(-)-表阿夫儿茶精(6),儿茶素(7),epizfzelechin-(4β→8)-epizfzelechin(8),芫花素(9),槲皮苷(10),香叶木素(11),sitoindoside I(12),5α,8α-过氧-(22E, 24R)-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(13),香草酸(14),胡萝卜苷(15)。结论 除3、6、12和15外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Cassia agnes Brenan. METHODS Compounds were separated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction of the seeds of Cassia agnes Brenan, and their structures were identified as (S)-5-(3,4- dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone(1), glyceryl linoleate(2), β-sitosterol(3), aloe-emodin(4), rheinv(5), (-)-epiafzelechin(6), catechin(7), epizfzelechin-(4β→8)-epizfzelechin(8), sakuraneti(9), quercitrin(10), diosmetin(11), sitoindoside I(12), 5α,8α- epidioxy-(22E,24R)- ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(13), vanillic acid(14), and daucosterol(15) through physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. CONCLUSION All the compounds were isolated from Cassia agnes for the first time except for 3, 6, 12 and 15.
