| 【】 1例51岁女性二、三尖瓣瓣膜置换术后,长期服用华法林,INR控制在2.5-3,因上呼吸道感染,合并使用喜炎平等药物,用药后第4天,INR升至5.66。第5日停用喜炎平后,INR值逐渐降至2.06,分析原因可能与合并使用喜炎平有关。 |
