摘要: |
目的 优选鲜地黄闪式提取工艺。方法 在单因素试验的基础上,选取对提取工艺影响较大的乙醇体积分数、溶剂倍量和提取时间为考察因素,以梓醇提取率和出膏率为考察指标,通过对考察因素各水平进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,使用效应面法优选最佳工艺参数。结果 最佳提取工艺条件为提取1次,每次加入16倍量30%乙醇提取95 s。结论 建立的模型可较好地描述该实验中因素与指标的关系,模型具有良好的预测性;优选得到的鲜地黄闪式提取工艺,方法简便,节能高效。 |

OBJECTIVE To optimize homogenated extraction technology for fresh rehmannia by central composite design-response surface method. METHODS Independent variables were ethanol volume fraction, solvent ratio, extracting time based on single-factor test, while dependent variables were extracting rate of catalpol and dry extract yielding rate. Multiple linear regression and multivariate binomial fit were used to estimate mathematic relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Response surface description were based on optimum mathematical model, and than choose optimum technical conditions. RESULTS Optimum extraction conditions were as follow: volume fraction of ethanol 30%, solvent ratio 16, be extracted one time, extraction time 95 s. CONCLUSION The relationship between independent variables and dependent variables could be described by optimum model. The model has good predictability. |
