| 摘要: |
| 目的 提高静脉药物用药安全，减少静脉药物配置差错。方法 成立静脉药物配置专项质量管理小组，通过分析原因，寻求对策，落实措施，多方位实现静脉药物配置中心品质管理的提升。结果 通过品质管理，药物配置差错由原来的0.05%降至0.003%，差异具有统计学意义。结论 质量管理小组进行的品质持续性管理，能有效降低静脉药物配置中心的各环节差错率，减少药物配置差错，为临床用药安全提供保障。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To ensure the safety of using clinical medicine, and reduce the intravenous drugs’ admixture mistakes. METHODS Established the quality management team of intravenous admixture, through analyzing reasons of mistakes, seeking countermeasure, practicing measures, then multidirectional realized the improvement of quality management in PIVAS. RESULTS Through the quality management, the rate of intravenous admixture mistakes dropped from 0.05% to 0.003%, it was an extremely significant difference. CONCLUSION The continued management of quality is done by the quality management team, it could effective dropp the rates of mistakes in all link of PIVAS, it also could decrease the mistakes in admixture, so it can provide the safety for clinical medicine. |
