摘要: |
目的 系统评价我国消化性溃疡病患者健康教育的效果。方法 计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、CBM、CNKI、WanFang Data 和VIP 数据库,纳入关于消化性溃疡病患者健康教育的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为建库至2014 年6 月。由2 名评价者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用RevMan 5.2 软件进行Meta 分析。结果 最终纳入24个RCT,2 429 例患者。消化性溃疡病患者进行健康教育后,临床疗效、健康知识知晓率、依从性、医疗满意度明显优于对照组,复发率和并发症较对照组降低,但幽门螺杆菌根除率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。结论 健康教育可明显提高我国消化性溃疡病患者的健康知识知晓率、依从性、治疗效果和医疗满意度,减少复发和并发症。 |

OBJECTIVE To systematically review the effectiveness of health education in patients with peptic ulcer. METHODS Databases included pubmed, embase, CBM, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP were electronically searched for the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on health education in patients with peptic ulcer from inception to June 2014. Two reviewers independently screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and assessed methodological quality. Then, Meta-analysis were performed using RevMan 5.2 software. RESULTS A total of 24 RCTs involving 2 429 peptic ulcer patients were finally included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the health education group were superior to the control group in clinical effectiveness, health knowledge, compliance, medical satisfaction and in decreasing recurrence, complication with a significant difference. But no significant difference was found between the two groups in Helicobacter pylori eradication. CONCLUSION Health education can enhance health knowledge, compliance, effectiveness, medical satisfaction and decrease recurrence, complication of Chinese peptic ucler patients significantly. |
