| 环孢霉素A(cyclosporine A，CsA)是大环内酯类免疫抑制剂，主要用于抑制移植器官的排斥反应和治疗某些自身免疫性疾病。近年来在妇产科领域的研究显示，CsA对复发性流产及其他妊娠并发症可能有治疗作用，CsA能诱导母胎免疫耐受，还对滋养细胞的生物学行为发挥良性调节作用，从而改善妊娠结局，并有望成为新型保胎药。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cyclosporin A(CsA) is a macrolide immunosuppressant which can suppress immunological rejection of transplanted organ and treat some autoimmune diseases. Recently, researches on application of CsA in gynecology and obstetrics have been carried out and revealed that CsA can treat recurrent spontaneous abortion and other complications of pregnancy. CsA can induce the maternal fetal immunity tolerance, have favorable effect on the biological behavior of trophoblasts and improve the pregnancy outcome. So it is expected to be a potential medicine for the treatment of pregnancy loss. |
