摘要: |
目的 建立用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定黄明胶中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬6种有害元素含量的方法。方法 微波消解法处理黄明胶样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定样品中6种元素的含量。结果 6种元素线性关系良好(r≥0.999 0);检出限为0.010~0.067 μg·L-1;加样回收率为92.6%~110.9%,RSD<10%。结论 该方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于黄明胶中有害元素的含量测定。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of 6 elements such as Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu and Cr in Cattle-hide Glue. METHODS The samples were digested by microwave, and 6 elements were determined by ICP-MS simultaneously. RESULTS The detection limits of Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu and Cr were 0.027, 0.010, 0.067, 0.012, 0.040, 0.048 μg·L-1, respectively. The method had good linear correlation(r≥0.999 0) and the average spiked recoveries were in the range of 92.6%~110.9% with RSD less than 10%. CONCLUSION The method is exact, sensitive, simple, and can be used to determine harmful elements in Cattle-hide Glue. |
