摘要: |
目的 建立超高效液相色谱四级杆飞行时间串联质谱法测定保健食品中非法添加的西地那非类成分。方法 采用ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相:乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,采用TOF-MS/MS扫描模式检测。结果 样品中检测出西地那非类未知化合物,经MSC与Chemispider分析,分式子为C24H34N6O4S2。结论 该方法可以用于快速检测保健食品中非法添加的未知西地那非类物质。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish a UPLC/Q-TOF-MS method for the detection of illegal added unknown sildenafil substances in health care products. METHODS ZORBAX SB C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used. Mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% formic acid solution(B) with the gradient elution. TOF and target MS/MS scanning mode was adopted. RESULTS The unknown sildenafil compound was found in samples. The fraction which analyzed by MSC and Chemispider was C24H34N6O4S2. CONCLUSION This method can be used for rapid detection of unknown sildenafil substance which is illegally added in health care products. |
