摘要: |
目的 建立银线莲的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为规范银线莲药材的质量标准提供基础研究资料。方法 采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:260 nm,柱温:30 ℃。结果 10批银线莲指纹图谱的相似度均>0.90,确定了20个共有峰,指认了4个特征峰,建立了该药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。结论 该指纹图谱方法准确可靠,重复性好,能很好地区分开金线莲、银线莲,可作为银线莲药材内在质量评价的依据。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish fingerprint chromatography of Goodyera matsumurana by HPLC and provide a basic research data for the quality standard of Goodyera matsumurana. Methods Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted. The mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wave length was 260 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The similarity of 10 batches of Goodyera matsumurana was >0.90. Twenty common peaks were indicated. Four peaks were identified. The fingerprint chromatography of Goodyera matsumurana was established. Conclusion This method is s accurate and repeatable for the quality control of Goodyera matsumurana. It can well distinguish Goodyera matsumurana from Anoectochilus formosanus. |
