大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌对急性化脓性腹膜炎大鼠TNF-α、IL-6的调控作用

摘要:
目的 探讨大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌对急性化脓性腹膜炎大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)的调控作用。方法 选取Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、枯草杆菌二联活菌组和大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组,观察各组大鼠血清和各脏器组织TNF-α、IL-6、白细胞计数变化。结果 造模后72 h枯草杆菌二联活菌组和大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、白细胞计数均显著低于造模后24 h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);造模后72 h,大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组血清TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于枯草杆菌二联活菌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组造模后72 h肺、肾、腹膜、肝、小肠等脏器TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于枯草杆菌二联活菌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌能降低急性化脓性腹膜炎大鼠血清和各脏器TNF-α、IL-6水平量。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Dahuang combined with live binary Bacillus subtilis on tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in rat with acute suppurative peritonitis. METHODS Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group, model group, live binary Bacillus subtilis group and Dahuang combined with live binary Bacillus subtilis group. The concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6 and white blood cell were compared among the groups. RESULTS The concentrations of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and white blood cell after 72 h modeling in the live binary Bacillus subtilis group and Dahuang combined with live binary Bacillus subtilis group were significantly lower than that after 24?h modeling(P<0.05). After 72 h modeling, the concentrations of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and white blood cell in the Dahuang combined with live binary bacillus subtilis group were significantly lower than that in the live binary bacillus subtilis group(P<0.05). The concentrations of TNF-α and IL-6 of lung, kidney, peritoneum, liver and small intestine in the Dahuang combined with live binary bacillus subtilis group after 72 h modeling were significantly lower than that in the live binary bacillus subtilis group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Dahuang combined with live binary bacillus subtilis could reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-6 in rat with acute suppurative peritonitis.
