| 目的 观察PSORI-CM01方对类银屑病豚鼠模型、血瘀症大鼠的影响，考察该方抗银屑病及活血化瘀效果。方法 采用普萘洛尔诱导豚鼠耳廓类银屑样皮损模型和肾上腺素结合冰水浸泡建立大鼠血瘀证模型，将动物随机分为正常对照组、模型组、PSORI-CM01方低、中、高剂量组、阳性药组，灌胃给药，正常对照组及模型组给予等容积纯净水，豚鼠处死后，取双耳制备病理切片，评价PSORI-CM01方抗银屑病效果；血瘀模型大鼠腹主动脉采血检测血液流变学相关指标，评价PSORI-CM01方活血化瘀效果。结果 PSORI-CM01方可显著减少豚鼠银屑病样模型的耳廓皮肤厚度，降低银屑病豚鼠的病理评分(P<0.01)；降低大鼠血瘀证模型的全血(高、中、低切)黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞压积。结论 PSORI-CM01方具有活血作用，可显著改善豚鼠类银屑病模型皮损状态，提示其可用于血瘀型银屑病的治疗。 |

| OBJECTIVE To evaluate the anti-psoriasis and activating blood effect of PSORI-CM01 by observing the effect of PSORI-CM01 on the model of guinea pig and blood stasis rats. METHODS Psoriasis-like ear skin lesions model was induced by propranolol, and blood stasis model was established by immersing rats in ice water accompany with injecting epinephrine. Animals were randomly divided into normal group, model group, low, medium, high dose of PSORI-CM01 group and the positive control group orally administration, the normal and the model groups were given the same volume of pure water, After the execution, the auricle of guinea pigs were collected to prepare tissue slice, and the anti-psoriasis effect of PSORI-CM01 were evaluated; the blood rheology related indexes of abdominal aortic blood was used to evaluate the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis effect of PSORI-CM01. RESULTS PSORI-CM01 obviously decreased the scores and the skin thickness of psoriasis-like model of guinea pig ear(P<0.01); meanwhile it reduced the whole blood viscosity (high, medium and low shear), plasma viscosity and red blood cells deposited. CONCLUSION PSORI-CM01 can promote blood circulation and have the effect of anti-psoriatic, and could be used to treat psoriasis with blood stasis state. |
