替硝唑氯化钠注射液静滴联用致口腔溃疡2例

摘要:

患者朱某、徐某均因盆腔炎性疾病来我院妇科住院治疗,医嘱给予替硝唑氯化钠注射液(四川美大康佳乐药业有限公司生产,规格：100ml:0.4g,批号14092143, 批准文号：国药准字H20034085　)0.4g iv gtt bid联用头孢菌素类抗炎治疗。用药后都出现口腔溃疡等症状,停用替硝唑氯化钠注射液及头孢菌素,并给与地塞米松,维生素c,葡萄糖酸钙等静脉滴注抗过敏治疗,口腔溃疡等症状逐渐好转,并痊愈。此两例患者静滴替硝唑注射液后均出现口腔溃疡等类似症状,两例中都使用了替硝唑氯化钠注射液,且与用药有合理的时间关系,停药后经抗过敏治疗不良反应消失；因此判断2例药品不良反应为替硝唑氯化钠注射液所致。

Abstract:

Patients with Zhu, Xu pelvic inflammatory disease are due to come to my hospital gynecological hospital treatment, orders were given tinidazole sodium chloride injection (Sichuan Mei Da KangJiaLe Pharmaceutical Co, specifications: 100ml: 0.4g, batch number 14092143 approval number: Zhunzi H20034085) 0.4g iv gtt bid in combination with cephalosporins anti-inflammatory treatment. They appeared after treatment of oral ulcers, disabled tinidazole sodium chloride injection and cephalosporins, and give dexamethasone, vitamin c, calcium gluconate intravenous anti-allergy treatment, oral ulcers and other symptoms gradually improvement and recovery. This two patients were intravenous injection after tinidazole oral ulcers and other similar symptoms, both cases are used tinidazole Sodium Chloride Injection, and there is a reasonable relationship between time and medication, after stopping by the anti-allergy treatment of adverse reactions disappeared; it is judged two cases of adverse drug reactions due to tinidazole sodium chloride injection.
