摘要: |
目的 探索中药材中二氧化硫残留量的快速检测方法。方法 考查碱性超声波浸提法和蒸馏法对二氧化硫提取效果的影响。无色或白色样品,采用碱浸提30 min;有色样品采用蒸馏法提取。并采用检测试剂盒法测定。结果 二氧化硫线性范围为1~12.0 mg(r=0.999),检出限为0.21 mg。其中碱性超声波浸提法的重复性RSD为1.0%,样品加样回收率为91.2%~95.4%;蒸馏法的重复性RSD为1.3%,样品加样回收率90.3%~98.2%。36份不同样品测定结果与中国药典2015年版方法测定结果基本一致。结论 该快速检测方法具有简便、快速、准确、经济等特点,适合在中药材收购部门、中药饮片生产经营企业、监管部门推广应用。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid detection method of sulfur dioxide residue in Chinese medicinal materials. METHODS Sulfur dioxide was extracted by two different methods from the samples and then detected by the test kit. For the colorless sample, sulfur dioxide was extracted with aqueous alkyl after 30 min sonication. For the dark color sample, sulfur dioxide was extracted with distillation. RESULTS The linearity of SO2 ranged 1-12 mg(r=0.999). The limit of detection was 0.21 mg. For the sonication method, the RSD was 1.0%. Recoveries of spiked samples varied from 91.2% to 95.4%. For the distillation method, the RSD was 1.3%. Recoveries of spiked samples varied from 90.3% to 98.2%. Thirty-six different herbal samples were detected. The present method produced similar results compared to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia analysis. CONCLUSION The rapid detection method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, and economical. It’s applicable to the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and the regulatory authorities. |
