摘要: |
目的 对社区精神疾病患者的药学干预效果进行评价分析,为全面推广该人群的社区药学服务提供参考依据。方法 选择90例社区重性精神疾病患者,随机分试验组45例和对照组45例,对照组接受常规药物治疗,试验组对其开展药学干预,以干预前后的社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、用药依从性、病情稳定性作为指标,评价干预效果。结果 干预前试验组与对照组ADL、SDSS各项评分及总分比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,试验组ADL、SDSS各项评分及总分差值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预前后ADL、SDSS各项评分比较差异无统计学意义;试验组干预后ADL、SDSS各项评分明显低于干预前,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组干预后患者服药依从性率的改善与病情稳定性的提高均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对社区重性精神疾病患者实施有效的药学服务干预,可明显提高患者用药依从性,改善患者生活能力和社会功能。 |

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the interventional effect of pharmacy service on patients with mental disorder in community, in order to provide reference for promoting such pharmacy service for more patients in other communities. METHODS Ninety patients with severe mental disorder in community were selected and randomly assigned into treatment group and control group(n=45). Patients in control group were merely received regular medicine therapy, while the treatment group were received pharmacy service additionally. Evaluated the outcome employing Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS), Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) as well as the compliance and stability of patient to compare the interventional effect. RESULTS Before treatment, there were no significant difference between the patients in both groups in each scale assessment. After treatment, total scores as well as each column score of ADL and SDSS showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Within group, before and after treatment, there was no significant difference of ADL and SDSS assessments in control group, but each and total scores decreased significantly in treatment group(P<0.05). After treatment, patients in treatment group processed better compliance and were in more stable condition than their counterpart, with the differences showing statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Effective pharmacy service on patients with severe mental disorder in community can significantly improve their medication compliance as well as their living and social ability. |
