摘要: |
目的 比较干法制粒压片工艺中黏合剂的表现。方法 以盐酸二甲双胍和扑热息痛为模型药,分别以羟丙纤维素、共聚维酮、羟丙甲纤维素、聚维酮和乙基纤维素为黏合剂干法制粒并压片,测定颗粒密度、流动性、粒径分布、片剂硬度、脆碎度和体外溶出度等。结果 对于盐酸二甲双胍和扑热息痛这2种药物,羟丙纤维素均能制得机械性能最佳的片剂,共聚维酮也表现较好。结论 羟丙纤维素是较适合干法制粒压片工艺的优异黏合剂。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE Compare the performance of different binder in roller compaction. METHODS Metformin hydrochloride and acetaminophen were chosen as model drugs in this study, tablets were prepared by roller compaction with different binder, including hydroxypropyl cellulose, copovidone, hypromellose, povidone and ethyl cellulose. Granules density and particle size distribution, tablet hardness, friability and dissolution were tested. RESULTS Hydroxypropyl cellulose was the best binder for both metformin hydrochloride and acetaminophen tablets prepared by roller compaction, copovidone was also very good dry binder. CONCLUSION HPC is the optimal binder in this study for roller compaction and tableting process. |
