| 【】患者男,41岁,慢性丙肝患者,予以重组人干扰素a1b注射液(运德素)联合利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,服用利巴韦林2天后出现咳嗽,呈阵发性干咳,既往无慢支等呼吸系统病史,经胸片检查排除肺部疾患,停用利巴韦林后咳嗽症状消失,确认利巴韦林有导致咳嗽的不良反应。 |

| 【】A 41-year-old male patient with Chronic hepatitis C received IFN-1b injection combining with Ribavirin antiviral treatment. After taking Ribavirin for 2 days, he began to cough, which appeared as Paroxysmal cough. There were no respiratory diseases like chronicSbronchitis in his past medical history. ThroughSchest radiograph, the lung diseases were excluded. The symptom of cough disappeared after stopping taking Ribavirin. This confirms that Ribavirin can surely lead to cough,an adverse reaction. |
