| 目的 介绍《浙江省中药炮制规范》2015年版浙麦冬标准的增订情况。方法 分析目前浙麦冬与川麦冬存在的差异，对增订项目的缘由及操作要点进行探讨。结果 通过外观特征、显微鉴别、薄层色谱、指纹图谱、含量测定等测定项目，形成了浙麦冬质量标准。结论 增订的质量标准可有效控制浙麦冬的质量。 |

| OBJECTIVE To discuss the revision of the Ophiopogonis Radix from Zhejiang province. METHODS The major difference between Ophiopogonis Radix from Zhejiang province and from Sichuan province were analyzed. The reason for the newly added procedures were also investigated. RESULTS The quality standard of Ophiopogonis Radix from Zhejiang province were of description, microscopic characteristics, TLC, fingerprint, content of flavones and saponin. CONCLUSION The quality standards can be used for effective control of Ophiopogonis Radix from Zhejiang province. |
