摘要: |
目的 解决糖肾颗粒流化床制粒过程中“塌床”问题。方法 通过对制粒过程中进风温度、物料温度、供液速度、风机频率、颗粒粒度分布、水份含量的监测,找出“塌床”时颗粒特征,为解决“塌床”问题提供依据。结果 当颗粒水份含量>3%和粒度分布Dx(90)>400 μm时,容易出现“塌床”,通过降低供液速度和提高风机频率可有效解决。结论 通过对颗粒质量的监测和控制,可以有效预判流化床制粒中遇到的工艺问题。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To solve the problem of "granules collapsed" in the fluidized bed granulation process for Tangshen granules. METHODS Through monitoring the inlet air temperature, the material temperature, spray liquid velocity, air blower frequency, granules size distribution, moisture content in the granulation process, the granules characteristics were found out when granules were collapsed. And it could be provided a basis to solve the problem of "granules collapsed". RESULTS The granules were easy to collapse when the moisture content of granules were > 3% and the granules size distribution of Dx(90) were >400 μm, and the problem could be effectively solved by reducing the spray liquid velocity and increasing the air blower frequency. CONCLUSION The problems of fluidized bed granulation can be effectively predicted by monitoring and controlling the quality of granuless. |
