新疆伊贝母有效成分含量与土壤、气候和遗传因子相关性分析

摘要:
目的 通过对新疆伊贝母有效成分含量与土壤、气候和遗传因子相关性研究,筛选影响其质量的主导因子。方法 应用系统相关分析法、灰色关联度分析和逐步回归分析进行综合分析。结果 年均相对湿度和速效钾对伊贝母总生物碱含量的影响最大,多态性位点、多态性位点百分率和速效氮对伊贝母水溶性成分含量的影响最大。结论 综合分析伊贝母有效成分与土壤、气候和遗传因子主导因子的相关性表明,在众多影响因子中,多态性位点、多态性位点百分率、年均相对湿度、速效钾和速效氮是影响伊贝母质量的主导因子,对伊贝母有效成分含量的积累具有重要意义。

Analysis of Relation Between Soil, Climate, Genetic Factors and Active Ingredient Content of Fritillariae pallidiflorae Bulbus in Xinjiang

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To screen out the leading affecting factors of the correlation between soil, cimate factors, genetic diversity and contents of ingredient of fritillariae pallidiflorae Bulbus. METHODS The application of correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were made to complicate a comprehensive analysis. RESULTS The annual mean relative humidity played the most important roles in the content of total alkaloid in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus. Number of polymorphic loci, percentage of polymorphic band and available nitrogen played the most important roles in the content of water-solubility ingredient in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus. CONCLUSION Comprehensive analysis, relative humidity, number of polymorphic loci, percentage of polymorphic band and available nitrogen play the most important roles in the quality of Fritillariae pallidiflorae bulbus. It has best significance for the synthesis and metabolism of ingredient in Fritillariae pallidiflorae Bulbus.
